Nationwide tax savings

Small businesses in every state, as well as the District of Columbia, can take advantage of several ways   (PDF) to save tax dollars, for both your business and its employees. See our pricing guide  (PDF).

With our Premium Only Plan  (PDF), your employees use pretax dollars to pay for their portion of health insurance premiums. We offer direct deposit, a secure website, and automatic processing of Aetna health claim reimbursements.

Flexible Spending Account allows employees to save for health expenses and/or dependent care expenses with pretax dollars. A wide range of health expenses are eligible, including eyeglasses, dental expenses and over-the-counter drugs. Dependent care expenses can be applied to child care, elder care, or both.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement ** is an employer-funded account. Employees can use an HRA to pay for qualified medical expenses.

Participate in our Transit Reimbursement Account   (PDF) and let your employees use pretax dollars to pay for work-related public transportation or parking.

You also can save tax dollars with a Health Savings Account (HSA)**:

  • Put in money from your paycheck before taxes.
  • Add tax-free money on your own. Use the money to pay for covered services.
  • Put money away for future expenses.
  • Earn tax-free interest.

Take a bite out of COBRA

We administer COBRA coverage  (PDF) nationwide. COBRA is named for an act of Congress. When a worker loses health benefits, COBRA gives the option to continue group health insurance coverage. Health plans for employers with 20 or more employees generally are subject to COBRA. We can handle all the requirements and administration for you. See our pricing guide  (PDF) for more details.
